Ohio has no statewide license for remodeling contractors, so here is what we hold and where you can check it. The certification number is in the footer of every page.
Certification
EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm (RRP)Verify
A certified renovation firm under the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting rule. Our project lead holds renovator certification.

Workers' compensation
Through the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. A certificate goes to you on request.
Electrical, plumbing and gas
Done by licensed trade contractors. Their licenses are on the permit, and we show you the permit.
Warranty
What our warranty covers
We warrant our workmanship for one year after the walkthrough. If a door sags, a grout line cracks or a fixture we set leaks, we come back and fix it.
Cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures and appliances carry their makers' own warranties, and we register what can be registered. Damage from misuse, from water that gets in from outside our work and from normal wear isn't covered.
