- Franklin County: Lockbourne, Minerva Park, Blacklick, Riverlea, Valleyview, Brice
- Licking, Union and Delaware counties: Granville, Plain City, Marysville, Sunbury, Galena
We don't work in Cleveland, Cincinnati or Dayton, or west of Plain City. We don't build additions or new houses.

No. We keep to a distance where it doesn't change the price.

Yours. For Columbus that's Building and Zoning Services; for a suburb, its own building department or the county's.
