Six steps
From a photo to the last box
The order never changes. What changes is the time each step takes.

1. Text a photo
A picture of the room, the street it's on, and a line about what bothers you. We tell you which rung it looks like and what we'd want to see in person.

2. The visit
Myron and Melina measure, check the floor and walls, and look at where the pipes and wires run. You walk them through a normal evening in the room.

3. The work order
Every line priced, with allowances for what you choose, what's not included, the schedule and the payment steps. You read it with a pencil and ask us anything.

4. Ordering
Cabinets, counters, tile and glass are ordered when you sign. Demolition waits until they're close.

5. On site
Myron is there every working day. Floors are covered, the work area is sealed with plastic, and the dust stays in the room.

6. The walkthrough
We walk the room with you, write down anything small, and fix it. The last payment comes after the list is done.
Living in it
What the house looks like during the job
Not as bad as you think, and worse than we'd like.
Most people stay home. We cover floors from the door to the room, keep a path to a bathroom, and tell you the day the water or the power will be off.
What we set up
A temporary sink and a plug for the microwave before demolition
Plastic walls over doorways, and a fan pulling air out of the room
A cleanup at the end of every working day
A text from Myron before anything changes

Questions
Before the first day
When can you start?
After you sign and the cabinets, counters and tile are ordered. The lead time on the longest item sets the date, and we tell you what it is when we write the order.
Who is in my house?
Myron every working day. Lacey, Sumit and Vince come for their parts. You'll know who is coming the day before.
What if I change my mind?
Changes go on a written change order with a price, and you sign before the work happens.
What do I need to do?
Choose your finishes by the date on the work order, move what's in the room, and keep a path clear to the door.
