Pricing
How we price a room
The work order prices your room.
What moves the price
Size, layout changes, the cabinets and counters you choose, what's behind the walls, the age of the house and permits.
What the work order holds
Every line with its price, allowances for things you pick, the schedule, who's on site and the payment steps.
What it leaves out
Appliances you buy, an addition outside the walls and anything you add later. Each exclusion is written down.
The visit
About 45 minutes, with Myron and Melina. You get the work order after it, and there's no charge for either.
Allowances
For things you choose, like tile, we write an allowance. Spend less and the difference comes back; spend more and it's a written change.
Changes and surprises
Anything found behind a wall, or added by you, goes on a change order with its own price before the work happens.

Questions
About money
How do deposits and payments work?
A deposit when you sign, payments at set steps in the work, and a last payment after the walkthrough. The schedule is on the work order, and we go through it before you sign.
Do you offer financing?
Not through us. If you use a loan or a home equity line, we'll give you the work order for your lender.
Why not quote over the phone?
Because two kitchens of the same size can be priced very differently. A photo gets you the closest rung; the visit gets you a price.
What if the work costs more than the order?
It doesn't, unless something changes. If it does, you see the change in writing, with its price, before the work happens.
Want your own line prices?
Text a photo of the room, or ask for a visit.
